平成に代わる新たな元号「令和」に関して下記のような記事を掲載。

令和は、日本最古の歌集である「万葉集」の

「初春の令月にして、気淑く風和ぎ」から引用した。

Reiwa was derived from a poem in “Manyoshu,” Japan’s oldest poetry collection. 

The poem states, “Shoshun no Reigetsu nishite Ki Yoku Kaze Yawaragi 

(In an auspicious month in early spring, the weather is nice and the wind is gentle).”

意味が英語を通してわかりやすく、ローマ字で書いているので、

漢字の読み方もわかります。

　安倍首相は「人々が美しく心を寄せ合う中で文化が生まれ育つという意味が込められている」と説明した。

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said, “[Reiwa] carries the connotation that culture will be born and grow among people who care for each other in a beautiful manner.”
